In Production (Made-to-Order items only)

• Your jewellery is being handcrafted by our skilled karigars. This process typically takes 20-25 business days.

Dispatched

• Your order has left our facility and is with our shipping partner. You'll receive a tracking number.

Out for Delivery

• Your jewellery is with the local courier and will be delivered today.

Delivered

• Your Auracarat jewellery has reached you! We hope you love it.

• In-Stock Items: 48-72 hours from order confirmation
• Made-to-Order Items: 30 business days from order confirmation

• Email notifications at each status change
• SMS updates for key milestones
• WhatsApp notifications (if opted in)

Delivery Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier partner will:

• Make 3 delivery attempts
• Contact you via phone/SMS
• Hold package at local office for pickup
