Return and Refund Policy
You can return your Timanti jewellery within a 7-day return window. After the expiry of this return window, the Exchange Policy will remain applicable. Please read the terms and conditions for the Exchange policy separately.
Eligibility for Return
Returns may be requested if the product delivered is incorrect, or if the jewellery is damaged and has a quality defect.
In such cases, we request you to send videos or photos to our customer care team or present the jewellery at our store. Once we are aligned with the reason for return, we will initiate the return process for a 100% refund.
Non-Eligibility for Return
Returns are not permitted for:
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Personal preference or change of mind.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Customized, engraved, personalized, made-to-order pieces, coins, silver products, nose pins.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or resized.
The product must be unused and unaltered, in its original condition, with the original invoice, IGI certificate, and Timanti packaging.
Return Process, Costs and Shipping
For jewellery purchased on www.timanti.in, a return request can be made to our Timanti Customer Care within the stipulated 7-day return window, either by emailing hello@timanti.in or by calling +91 7710983805 between Monday and Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
Once the request is acknowledged, Timanti will provide a tamper-proof shipping kit to arrange the safe return of the jewellery.
Place the jewellery with original packaging, invoice, and IGI certificate, and seal securely.
Timantiβs logistics partner will arrange pickup from your registered address. Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7β10 business days for the refund to reflect after the piece is received and approved by our Quality Inspection Team.
In the rare event that we receive the piece and find that it does not match the video or photos shared by you or does not pass our quality check, the refund will not be issued and the case will be managed by our customer care team based on the specific issue with the piece.
Please note that where discounts, promotional offers, gold coins, or loyalty rewards were applied at the time of purchase, their value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Courier & Liability
If you prefer to use a local courier service to send back the jewellery, Timanti is not liable for loss, theft, tampering, or damage. Returns without prior Customer Care intimation or missing documents will not be accepted.
In-Store Purchases
Please bring the jewellery, invoice, IGI certificate, and original packaging to your Timanti store within 7 days. The store consultant will conduct a preliminary inspection and forward it to our Quality Inspection Team. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Timanti reserves the right to amend this policy. Changes will be posted on www.timanti.in and take effect immediately. Please review periodically.
