Return and Refund Policy
At Timanti, we want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied, our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple and transparent.
30-Day Returns
You can place a return request within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging (box, tags, pouches, etc.)
- Accompanied by the original invoice and certificate
Return shipping within India is arranged by us. Details will be shared once your return is approved.
Return Process
Raise a Request
Contact us via email/phone or the Contact Us form with:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
Pickup / Shipping
- We’ll coordinate pickup from your address or share shipping instructions.
- Please pack the jewellery securely with all documents.
Quality Check
- Once received at our facility, the product will undergo a quality assessment.
- If approved, your refund or exchange credit will be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds are typically processed within 8–10 business days after quality approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise communicated.
- For COD orders (if applicable), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
- You may opt for an exchange instead of a refund within the 30-day window, subject to product availability.
- Lifetime Exchange is also available as per our separate Lifetime Exchange Policy and Buyback Policy (valuation based on current market rates and jewellery condition).
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery
- Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery
- Items without original invoice and certificate
- Products failing quality checks due to misuse or improper handling
