• Pay the difference if your new selection is of higher value

When you exchange your Timanti jewellery:

• Diamonds: 80% of prevailing market price
• Gold: 100% of current day's gold price
• Deductions: Original labour charges, certification charges, and GST paid

• All Timanti jewellery with original documentation

Non-Eligible Items:

• Customized jewellery (made-to-order, engraved, or personalized)
• Damaged pieces (damage value will be deducted)
• Items without original invoice and certificate

When shipping jewellery for exchange:

• Pack securely with bubble wrap and sturdy box
• Include photocopy of invoice and certificate
• Obtain tracking number 
• Quality assessment is done at our facility
• Credit note issued electronically with 3-month validity - use towards any jewellery in our collection

What We Buy Back

• All Timanti jewellery accompanied by original invoice and certificate

Buyback Value

• Precious Metal: 100% of current market value based on prevailing gold price
• Diamonds (Below 0.5 ct): 80% of prevailing value
• Diamonds (Above 0.5 ct): 70% of prevailing value

Buyback amount will be credited within 8-10 business days through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The following items are not eligible for buyback:

• Jewellery without original invoice and certificate
• Damaged jewellery (damage value will be deducted from buyback amount)
